I was born and raised in this beautiful apartment. I have seen the best, and the worst. Let's start with the worst...oh wait, there are no bad points to this building. My family and I are well acquainted with the concierge staff, the doormen, the maintenanceSee More >

we started living here temporarily while our townhouse is being rennovated. we've been here for 2 years! we checked a lot of similar looking super tall high rises in the DMZ (just below 96th Street). We took a chance on this one. See More >

I've been here for a year now and I love this apartment. It's a bit pricey compared to average rents, but as full service luxury buildings go, I think it's a bit of a bargain, probably due to its location close to east harlem.See More >

Although it has it's good points--nice garden and good number of elevators--we are not happy with the apartment and will leave when lease is up. Very poor construction, walls are paper-thin and noise resonates from neighbor's apartment. Rooms are tight, with ventilation units and windowsSee More >

We lived here for three years and left when they jacked up our rent by over $400 -we found that pretty shocking and out of touch given the economy, but that's apparently a standard Related rent increase on a one year lease. So if youSee More >

I lived here a few years ago and thought that it was a nice place, with a good gym and pool, and a great location. Great views too. No problems with management or anything.See More >

The previous review is spot on. Great doormen and lobby area. carpetting is old and worn in the hallways. Some units with old appliances and worn wood flooring. Can be quite loud. Rent is dramatically increased each year.

Horrendous Management that deceives and misleads, dust, debris, noise, apartment walls so flimsy that I sneezed and heard my neighbor on the adjoining wall say "god bless you." Horrendous upper management by Related Management -- I found I could not trust a word comingSee More >

We've lived here for a few years. The building is well kept and the staff (doormen, maintenance, etc) are wonderful. However the management has really plummeted - they seriously jack up the rent with each renewal (trying to recoup the free months they offered inSee More >
