Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the noise you are encountering is a byproduct of the needed renovation that our building is undergoing. We are sympathetic to your concerns, and we do ensure everyone is made aware of the ongoing construction prior to move-in. Please do know that the noise is temporary and construction hours are limited to Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. I can certainly guarantee that the finished product after our renovation is complete will be well worth the wait!
In regards to the hot water service disruptions, we have had a few isolated instances where our boiler system has unexpectedly required emergency maintenance. The cause of this is an unfortunate result of the former owners/managers of our building who did not provide the required routine maintenance on our boiler system. We have now implemented a rigorous maintenance program on these mechanical systems that we anticipate will ensure proper functioning moving forward. We do our best to ensure e-mails are sent to residents during any service disruptions so that everyone is aware of any unforeseen mishaps.
