Building management requires you to jump through hoops and hurdles for everything. Moving one piece of furniture can only be done at specific times and with approval. Sub leasing requires essentially the approval process of a lease, notarized by everyone in the apartment (better haveSee More >

Moved here in 2009 when the building was under different management. Since then it has gone way downhill. Elevator breaks and it isn't fixed for over a week; tenants with loud dogs barking late at night with no care given by management; disgusting laundry facilitiesSee More >

FYI, all the reviews prior to this are no longer valid! They changed management earlier in the year and it has been terrible since. The leasing agents are somewhat nice when you are coming for first time, but shortly after could care less about youSee More >

This building is fabulous and offers everything. Location is best in city. Before moving I ended up reading all of the reviews on here and I was horrified. But they have actually corrected all the issues.

They're jacking our rent by $400/month after three years of living here, and it's simply not worth it. During our time here, they raised the rent but took away amenities. They also don't let you eat or drink on the rooftop deck, renderingSee More >

I lived at Hudson Park for just over two years and have not had a problem. The front desk do a great job and the maintenance team is very professional. It is not cheap to live hear but what good building is?

I lived here two years and my daughter and I were very happy and felt safe. Managment, esp maintainace, was excellent and every agreement made on my lease was fulfilled. I left my apt clean, just as I found it, and got a full refund on mySee More >

Pretty bad. The main issue is they over promise and under deliver. They make claims like they have a 'theater', but then when you move in you realize the projector is garbage (makes every dvd look bootlegged) and you're not allowed to eat popcorn inSee More >

I have been in the building for a while, and I do not have an easy time with the management. They are quite unreasonable. I have read other posts saying it is a nice building except for the management, and I concur.See More >

I've lived Here for two years now, and the building isn't worth the money. The super is never around or always doing something. Very unfit for this position at best he should be a porter. The doormans are good and luimy is a great replacementSee More >

After two years of living here, we moved because the rent is ridiculous. I get that it's a doorman building in the UWS but they increased the rent and took away amenities. The movie screening room used to be included, but now they charge perSee More >
