Many of maintenance team members have been with on this property for many years and are very good at what they do. We are completing our hallway renovations in September 2019. I will address the trash/ recycle control mechanism with our resident manager. If you like you can email me directly so we can find out what floor is not working properly. We are very pleased with how our amenities turned out and with regards to the gas grill charge we will be looking to revise the policy for this upcoming year. A very comfortable apartment with excellent river views and adequate amenities. The apartment has 2 balconies and a washer and drier in the unit. All appliances and the facilities have been completely updated when we moved in.

Good overall experience. In the area too much traffic for a quiet living. Sauna and Turkish bath do not work properly sometimes. Improve rent payment system (credit card). Shuttle bus in the evening would be appreciated.

Riverbank is by far the worst building to live in. Leasing office is extremely incompetent and the amenities are sub par. You will always receive mixed messages from the leasing office and have to deal with their disorganization throughout your stay.
