After reviewing several of the comments posted, I must say I must be living in a different building. I have nothing but great things to say about the building, staff, amenities, views, and apartments. How many building would you find that would include all appliancesSee More >

Management is ridiculous. Their attitude is as if you should feel lucky to pay upwards of $4k / month to live in this building. They are disorganized, disrespectful, and the lack of communication is difficult to grasp. After moving in I was not providedSee More >

This place is not a good place to live. The apartments have nice views, but the kitchen in our one bedroom is terrible. No drawers even for silver ware and the oven always breaks. The pool is nice but everything else (gym, salon, etc.) is VERY POORLYSee More >

Silver Towers
Silver Towers is proud of our engagement with tenants. Beginning this year, we have brought our leasing activities in-house. All of our tenants now have direct lines of communication to Silver Towers management, leasing, and billing staff. This staff is motivated to respond quickly to tenant issues, most of which are resolved within twenty-four hours. We at Silver Towers are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and engaging our tenants to improve this service. We will continue to work to make upgrades to this top-tier luxury building with a state-of-the-art gym and pool, spa services, roof deck, concierge services, onsite parking, and cafe with hotelier-style delivery.

Silver Towers
We at Silver Towers are taking steps to address tenant issues. We want our tenants to have free access to the leasing information they need, and situations such as this have compelled us to bring our leasing activities in-house and provide all our tenants with contact information for Silver Towers staff who respond to all inquiries promptly. Our leasing office now stays open past 5:00 PM to accommodate tenants whose work schedules preclude them from coming during normal business hours. We want our Silver Towers tenants to feel valued and engaged, and we are working with tenants to improve service at the property.

Silver Towers
We at Silver Towers are working to improve on any issues brought to our attention by tenants since our opening in 2009. For example, in the beginning our leasing needs were overseen by an outside firm. In order to improve service, we decided to bring these activities in-house. Our building management takes every opportunity to communicate with new tenants, learn their expectations, and update them as they join our community. We take tenant feedback seriously and work to improve service, staff availability, and building needs constantly. In the last year, we have replaced flooring and cabinetry in most units in direct response to tenant feedback. We are working to improve service by relaying feedback to our independent parking and health club partners and ensuring that they take it to close attention. We are happy, too, to report that construction noise from across the street has ceased in recent months. Silver Towers is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service, and we are looking forward to working with tenants to improve and upgrade this service. We appreciate all feedback and will work diligently to resolve all issues that are brought to our attention.
