The apartment has soft wood floors which dent and scrape very easily. The oven is too small for most pans. The stove is very advanced yet never works right. The washer/dryer was a great touch for the apt except that it is extremely small and doesn't dry properly. The list of things to be fixed continuously grows and with an apartment of 1000 rooms and only a few maintenance guys, you might have to wait your turn. There is construction going on repeatedly so there is always drilling, plastic on the carpet in the hallway, dust and garbage in the hall frequently. The gym is lacking to be kind although the pool is very nice. Most of the amenities promised either were not as they were promised (i.e. a fleet of Mercedes to rent) or not ready for use yet (i.e. the roof deck or tv's on the treadmills). When there is a problem, the most frequent answer is that we don't know and we'll let you know as soon as we hear anything. For such an expensive apartment complex it is definitely not worth it, especially when considering size and distance from the subway.
