Building is very well-served and all staff is adorable. Never had problems with management. True that it is expensive, but the view leaves no room for complaint. Never heard noises from my neighbors and was always able to find free loundry machines. Worst part: elevatorsSee More >

Overall I am happy with the apartment building. Pros: The location is great. Central park, the subway and Whole Foods are all 2 blocks away. 9th ave south of 57th street has a ton of restaurants and bars. My apartment hasSee More >

Do not rent from South Park Tower unless you don't care about huge hikes on rent increases. The rent renewal lady is awful and have no problems increasing your rent by $400. She would not even negotiate. Pay up or leave!See More >

Do not under any circumstances choose to live in this building. I have lived in New York City for many years and occupied numerous apartments - this management company has no respect for its residents. The communication is terrible and their approach to handling aSee More >

The leasing manager should be fired. They refused to lower rents during a pandemic. Existing tenants received nothing, except constant noise from renovations. New tenants received significantly lower rents on newly upgraded units and only one month of a security deposit. How the building ownersSee More >

This building is quite possibly one of the worst in NYC. Management sends emails saying there will be apartment renovations within your vacinty that will have "intermittent" noise for no more than 2 weeks. There has been drilling for 4 months. Management and sales alsoSee More >

During the past 4 years, we lived in this building, the experience has been overall OK, despite some issues I had (frequent elevator maintenance, one severe water leakage in our apartment, package miss labeling, etc). However, we had a recent nightmare since the leasing managerSee More >

Building was good with a sense of community among many long term tenants, but insane price hikes and untrustworthy attitude from internal leasing agent ----------------, who is married to a relative of the building's owner, have made many people move out. Would not recommend renting.See More >

I have had a mold issue in my apartment for the past two months. and the management company is not taking the necessary steps to remediate. I am now being forced to get the city involved. This is a health hazard.

Greedy, unaccomodating management company. They do not care about us as tenants and we are all fed up with them. Talk to the tenants, we will tell you. Elevators are always broken, the gym is now closed for renovation and soon the laundry room. TheySee More >

Having lived in many NYC luxury apartment buildings this is NOT a luxury building. Surly staff, continuously broken elevators, roof terraced closed all summer, pool maintenance that takes months, the bare minimum in maintenance and upgrades. Steer clear of Brodsky.
