The leasing manager should be fired. They refused to lower rents during a pandemic. Existing tenants received nothing, except constant noise from renovations. New tenants received significantly lower rents on newly upgraded units and only one month of a security deposit. How the building owners have tolerated this uneconomic solution is beyond me. Fire the existing leasing staff and bring in an experienced and professional team that is not rude, glib and dismissive to existing tenants, but instead treats them like the assets they are. Given the unprecedented vacancies in NY and lower rents, find a better place to live - the management team here is a joke
