My husband and I lived there for a year, it's a grenn building and the elevators are a disaster, expensive rent, the apartments are small, the A/C is too loud, unprofessional staff, the leasing office staff are rude, the building is so far from everythingā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Do not rent here
The heater/air conditioner are so loud that you can't sleep. The gym and store in the lobby are never open....only when they show you the apartment. When the gym is open, there is noone in there....like a ghost-town. The valet and parkingā¦Ā See More >HappyForeigner

great ppl & view, comfortable, a long walk from metro
I'm one of the "foreigners" that one reviewer had complained about. The building does have a large number of expats who work in midtown. We chose the apartment that faces the river and the view is stunning. The people who complain of noise must be living facing theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

dont rent
the apartments are noisy from the air conditioning and the heat. you can also smell things in your apartment. it is a green building which should not allow smoke but it does. i cannot wait for my lease to expire and move.

Not the best place to live
I just move out from this luxury building locate by the river, the traffic noise is costant in one year I do not remember having a really quite night, and I lived on one of the higher floors of these high rise. the noise from 57th streetā¦Ā See More >anonymous

great building, terrible management, expensive
I have lived in this building since its opening and love the clean, green apartment, the large windows with river views, the roof deck, the access to Riverside Park. The A/C units are a disaster as they switch on/off with a very loud clickā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great Leasing Office Staff

Got it through affordable housing
They forced us to sign a bunch of blank papers though (???). The place is next to the FDR and the place where they burn garbage. It has wi-fi internet connection which emmit high levels of radiation, as well as the cell phone antennas fromā¦Ā See More >anonymous

great apartment for a 1st time living in NYC

preety good ... smallish apts, fab finishes
