building management is poor. latest indignity is that we have had no mail service at the building now for almost three weeks. management rearranged the mailboxes, apparently without coordinating with the post office. management posted a notice in the lobby, in which it lied to the tenants, and falsely blamed the stoppage in mail service on the hurricane. no idea when mail service will be restored. this is the first time that i have lived in a building without mail service.
