I lived there for 3 years. Jeff, the owner and Tracey, the manager just got worse. Here are a few guarantees: Your rent will INCREASE EVERY YEAR you stay there. This was at least $25 - $50 a month extra every month. There are mice there (as recently as March of this year) so DON'T be surprised if a few pop up here and there. Do not expect your security back at all NO MATTER how friendly Tracey seems to be to your face. I cleaned my apt top to bottom and they still claimed a $150 cleaning fee. PLUS they charged me to replace carpets. I talked with the new tenant and SAW that they were the same carpets I WAS CHARGED FOR. They will screw you anyway they can. They just get more and more greedy and I am sure it is only a matter of time that their former tenants get together and file a class action lawsuit against them!

This review really upsets me, I hate that this page is anonymous because I really don’t want any tenant of ours, current or past to be upset. It’s really hard to rectify a problem when we don’t know who you are. Our entire staff tries to be as courteous and helpful as we can be. We do return about 95% of our security deposits and all I can say is if it wasn’t returned then there was good reason. We are not crooks and don’t take pleasure it holding back anyone’s deposit. However, if there are damages we do have to cover our costs to repair them. That is what a security deposit is in place for. Every tenant is given a list at move in and again at move out of what needs to be cleaned in order to receive a full refund. It’s not unreasonable it’s just your basic cleaning of appliances, carpets, tub and toilet. We don’t charge to replace carpets unless the carpets are ruined and do have to be replaced. I’m not sure who the person is who wrote all this but I can assure you it’s just not true. We are in no way rat infested and we have never raised anyone’s rent $50.00. We have had a $25.00 rent increase but certainly not every year. Gas, electric, water and taxes continue to go up every year. If we never did a rent increase we would never be able to cover our costs. We manage over 600 apartments in the area, I try to keep everyone as happy as I can but I guess you can’t make everyone happy all the time and I obviously can’t stop someone from lying. However, if anyone reading this has any doubts about our company or our staff, please feel free to contact any of our thousands of happy tenants. I will be more than happy to supply a list or feel free to stop by any of our 10 properties and talk to whoever you like. We have nothing to hide. In fact, I think you would be hard pressed to find another property owner and manager who care as much about their tenants as we do. Tracey Gariano Regional Property Manager
