I have lived in 3 different apartments with this company. In the beginning they were very accommodating, allowing us to shift around to the 3 different places. All of them were quite a bit outdated, but everything seemed to work alright. One evening; as I was sitting on my couch enjoying dinner, brown water started to rush out of the bathroom drains. After all was said an done, I had about 6 inches of water within the main living quarters, and about 2-3 in the bedrooms. After notifying them of this problem, their solution was a wet vac and a box fan. Their clean up efforts, were slim to none. Tracy stressed the fact that she would take care us with any damages, and inconveniences. I spoke with her and Jeff several times about the damp floor, and how a vacuum and a box fan are not cutting it. Finally, I personally bought a dehumidifier. Tracy also stated that we would be compensated 2 months rent. After the first month, we received a late notice payment, with a fee!! Upon moving out, when we requested our security deposit, they said that we destroyed the carpets?? After battling with them over a few months we had decided to cut our loses. I have spoke with many of the other tenants, both past and present, and most are not happy. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I think you should consider this and all the other reviews on this site, before renting through them.
