Hello, We have a pet policy in place that we follow and it is more breed restrictive, than size. We find that larger dogs are actually great for apartment living because they are low energy. We wish you felt differently and see your scores are so high. It's surprising to us that you would not recommend our property because of this issue - is there something else that we are missing? Wonderful community with a friendly staff. The property grounds are always kept clean and aesthetically pleasing. Once the weather gets nicer there are a few gazebos to sit in and enjoy the warmer weather.

So far, not great. The Apartment was not clean, no fresh paint, the washer was not hooked up. After being polite on the first call... I was dismissed. finally a week later in a pandemic we got a functioning washing machine.

For us this complex is just the right place to live. I'm disabled and the apt and maintenance staff has been excellent. Inside parking, elevators, walkin showers, mainly hardwood floors and easy in and out access to the unit. Quiet and peaceful place to live.
