I lived here for 2 years, it wasn't a terrible place to live, and when leaving I couldn't wait to leave I had a few issues with the place, but compared to the place I went to, this place was amazing! Fairly decent prices, at the time when I lived there I was paying 965-975(2010-2012). For the space you get and the amenities that is a really good price for a 1 bedroom. Also the grounds are kept fairly well, and maintenance actually responds really quickly, like within 15 minutes of calling. 1 time at 2 in the morning I realized I didn't have my key, maintenance was there 25 minutes at no charge.
Also another nice thing about this place, for a 20 something its a pretty good spot. It's down the road from a few popular local bars, a ton of take out in the area, you have the option to get fios, overall for the money you cant go wrong especially with todays apartment prices. Food for thought, I moved to a place in fishkill(it gave city goers the same convienece with the trains) paid 1420!! and recieved the exact same style of apartment, why I moved there I dont know and I was wishing for 12 months that I never left!
The property manager at the time was very nice(gail) and while there were issues on the otherside(mountain brook apartments) rarely did I see issues at ridgefield. I cant give this place 5 stars, but I feel it deserves atleast 3 but Ill give it 4
