Wonderful apartment with a lot of character. The staff is friendly & accommodating, lot is always plowed & salted, tons of parking, nice amenities, and a really great downtown location. This place really is a gem.

It is a great location. the new owner has done a great job. Very clean and well kept. I have had service calls that were handled right away. The maintenance guys are great. The snow removal is always done, way better than my other building.

Lived there two years. Beautiful apartment. Management was fairly responsive. The noise from above, below, and both sides was terrible. This wasn't a problem with unreasonably noisy tennants, just thin walls. Snow removal in the parking lot during winter was poor.See More >
