I have lived in Chapel Hill for almost 2 years, and thanks to the new owners I do not plan to leave any time soon. I love the location, I can walk everywhere in the Park Ave / University Ave area. Alloco management has transformed out building. New roof, new lighting, new parking lot, new shrubbery. This place is great. If you are looking for an apartment in the Park Ave area you really should check out Chapel Hill.
