The apartments are certainly unique, with a wide variety of living spaces contained within the building; for example, many of the apartments contain lofts. The noise is a serious problem, however, as the walls are far too thin. Nevertheless, the building has a secured, video-monitored parking lot and is quite safe. As with many older buildings that have been restored in this area, centipedes occasionally appear, but the management will help arrange a spraying if necessary. Flower City Management, the company which runs this and many other apartments on Park Avenue and elsewhere, is a family-run business that is committed to their tenants. The staff have always been polite, courteous, and helpful. Maintenance issues have been resolved within a few days (or sooner if an emergency). Generally speaking, all of their apartment buildings are well-maintained; it's worth checking them out as well.
