Dear Resident, Thank you for taking time to share your experience at Charlotte Harbortown Homes. We welcome you to our community and are sorry to hear that your experience has been less than stellar. We truly value your feedback and strive to make sure every experience is a good one. Understanding that many of your concerns are second hand and not personally experienced, I would like to take a minute to express our ongoing commitment to our community. The Charlotte Team (maintenance, management and leasing ) do whatever necessary to prevent problems but when issues do arise the Team works expeditiously to correct it. It is our Mission Statement to ensure the best possible living for our residents and their guests, with the goal of making Charlotte the best product in Rochester. As I mentioned, while we try to prevent all future issues, if one should arise, we encourage you to call or stop by the office to let us know what we can do to better your experience. As for the issues you are currently having with your windows. The screens should fit your windows. Have you tried pushing the screen all the way to the end of the track? If not, please try that. If that doesn't work, please let the management office know and they will correct the issue right away. A high-rise resident is allowed to have visitors regardless of age. That said, all residents and their guest are expected to be considerate of all other residents and compliant with our Visitor policy - which we enforce. We are thrilled to hear of your positive experience with the office and maintenance staff and we hope that you will enjoy the full activity schedule, movie room, computer room with classes, fitness center all the other good things that Charlotte has to offer. Thank you again for your feedback. Management
