We have been living in this apartment complex since 2011. When we first came to do the walk thru we were promised to have all new kitchen appliances, cupboards and counter tops. Almost 3 years later and guess what... It NEVER happened! Big surprise, afterSee More >

We have lived in this place for 1 year. The room is okay -clean, quiet, good view. Sometimes, we could see deer in the balcony. People are nice there. However, the environment is not very good. Not many plants. Also no gym.

Beware of Clayton Arms Apartments, as of late the staff/management have been renting to people that have no care or understanding on how to care for the building that they live in. Ex; Tenants that leave bags of garbage out in the halls or underSee More >

Management is awful, disorganized and unprofessional. Told us our move in date and the apartment was not ready in time so we couldn't move in. They were not considerate or helpful when trying to solve the problem. Very rude! Free internetSee More >

Pros: 1. Very nice location. 2. Relative cheap rent. Cons: 1. Buildings look old and dirty from the outside. 2. A/Cs never seem to be working properly. 3. More than average number of loud/obnoxious neighbors compared to other apartment complexes. 4. Some poorly lit areas aroundSee More >

Pros: -Close to Mall, Walmart Wegmans -Great for students/ close to RIT, MCC etc. -Maintenance staff is quick to respond, but expect to be calling them often. Cons: -The include amenities are complete BS. The base board heating doesn't work well at all especially with drafty windows and door.See More >

I really like it here, I was thinking of moving only because of students above me. If you want a apartment in Henrietta you have to deal with students. Its not the staffs fault that college kids like to party all night.See More >

Yes, the service is free because the connection is very bad so you have it once in a while and when asking why neither Clayton Arms or Frontier have any idea because everythings seems to be working. That may be why most people pay internet.See More >
