This place is a ---- nest. Poor management, poor parking, the "gym" is a joke (a bunch of beat up machines from the 70's, mismatching weights, and it doesn't even have a treadmill!) The biggest kicker is that the rent is ridiculously high for Rochester. A friend of ours that still lives there was on vacation and forgot to get his rent check out on the first. When he got back from vacation and realized that his rent was four days late, he found a letter in his mailbox threatening a lawsuit if he didn't pay immediately. He paid, of course, plus the $50 late fee. (He had never been late before.) Talk about respecting your tenants. They advertise underground parking, but it is another $150/month. They also claim some sort of geothermal heating in the winter, but we never noticed a decrease in our energy bills.
The landlady, Colleen, is a totally imcompetent bimbo that lies to your face about the heating and cooling costs and about how "upscale" the Corn Hill area is. The restaurants in the complex are not that great and incredibly expensive. If you want upscale, go live in NYC, that's what my wife and I did as soon as our lease was up.
PS. The only redeeming thing about our whole experience there was the pizza place across the street that has THE BEST pizza I've ever had.
