If you are considering renting in Rochester, put this community on your must see list. I have lived here since it opened 2.5 years ago and recommend it wholeheartedly to people who like to be around people. I moved out of a suburban home to be in the city and now enjoy all it offers. I like being close to work and to many of the best places in Rochester. I can walk out of my apartment and within steps choose from 7 different restaurants including casual and delicious Thai at Siam, Fine dining or a drink on the patio at Virtu, Italian Cuisine at Panzari's, Deli at Corn Hill Market, All American Sports Bar entrees and lively crowd at Nathaniel's or World famous BBQ at Dinosaur. Opening in the next few weeks are a Coal Fired Pizza Restuarant called Tony's and an authentic Mexican restaurant. There is a liquor store with good prices and very helpful owners and staff, a home-made ice cream parlor, even a dry cleaners! The Riverwalk has been restored and you can take the scenic route to downtown. The new Anthony-Douglas bridge (now a famous Rochester Landmark), has been completed with ample new parking available for Corn Hill Landing. My Apartment is comfortable and quite. The management is friendly and responsive. Neighbors are considerate and courteous. I suggest you see it because it may be the perfect place for you, as it is for me.
