Their system is not synchronized. Each member gives a different reply to the same query. It is excellent for students who want to stay near by to the college. However, the prices are a little high as compared to other options.

Very non-cooperative staff. Never solved any of our problems, whether they were apartment, community or roommate related. Very expensive and they will charge you with huge electricity fees and give you the bill after 6 months. Not a recommended housing.

Office staff is friendly & efficient, maintenance is always prompt and effective. Fairly pricey but a good option for close to campus without being "on-campus" housing. Especially if you're without a vehicle.
