All the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. 1. Especially, the managers michelle, susan are extremely rude. 2. A fire alarm rang, they had me to pay $200. 3. When you lose your key, it costs $75 to get a new key. 4. There areSee More >

The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. All of the amenities are broken and don't work properly, the apartments are were not cleaned when I moved in either... The management at park point is terrible, whenever you ask them a question they either tell youSee More >

Management is rude. Specifically the girl that works there called grace, she yelled at my son when he complained about the exorbitant charges for electricity. Don't live here honestly... Staff at RIT housing are way more nicer.See More >

Charge ridiculous overage costs for no reason. Too loud. Bad response from staff. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Please find a better place to live. There are off campus options that would be much cheaper and better solutions.See More >

Their system is not synchronized. Each member gives a different reply to the same query. It is excellent for students who want to stay near by to the college. However, the prices are a little high as compared to other options.

I know there are a lot of students who are trying to re let their apartments, and I've never seen Park-point staff help them. I graduate in December, and I want a Fall only lease, but I will still have to sign a lease forSee More >

Very non-cooperative staff. Never solved any of our problems, whether they were apartment, community or roommate related. Very expensive and they will charge you with huge electricity fees and give you the bill after 6 months. Not a recommended housing.

To describe this community as hot garbage would be a praise. Starting with the apartment its self. If you really like other people hearing every conversation you have, and you really enjoy hearing everyone's foot steps and conversation then this surely is a place worthSee More >

Lived here for one year during my tenure as a student at RIT. Overall, I absolutely DO NOT recommend living here for three main reasons: 1.) PRICE: It is extremely overpriced and the appliances do NOT match the high price of rent. Much of the rentSee More >

Park point is nothing but a money sink. These apartments were conveniently close to campus and pre-furnished, which was fantastic for a college student. Park Point's customer service was absolutely terrible, everything was over priced, and they take advantage of young renters who do notSee More >

I love living in the 700 buildings because it's right by the south bus stop and the bus system is easily acceptable. Having laundry in the apartment and furniture supplied is a plus, however, I feel that the furniture supplied and pipe system was setSee More >

Living at Park Point for over three years was an extremely positive experience. Any repair that was requested was done in a timely manner and completed with excellence. For the most part, there were very few things that needed attention. The staffSee More >

Office staff is friendly & efficient, maintenance is always prompt and effective. Fairly pricey but a good option for close to campus without being "on-campus" housing. Especially if you're without a vehicle.See More >

It's not bad if you're like me and you really can't manage to buy and bring furniture. Yes it's relatively expensive but it's worth it. The buildings themselves are okay. The walls are quite thin but it really doesn't bother unless your neighbor decides toSee More >

The staff are receptive and want you to stay. I live in Simone Square; at first everything seemed great - clean apartment, a lot of room, etc. If you live facing into the court yard, expect noise - even on the 4th floor.See More >
