Park Point has neglected to perform maintenance on our apartment for almost 3 months now. We now have a mold problem in the bathroom due to unresolved maintenance requests and leaking pipes. Three times now we have put in work orders and after a lengthy wait they have marked the request as resolved. I doubt they have even entered the apartment. Worst of all, we will likely be charged an exceptionally large fee for the damage associated with the mildew from the repair they have refused to make.
Staff is generally rude when prompted with questions, information is not transparent.
Plowing in the parking lots is exceptionally poor. They usually do a single pass, and do not have a policy to remove snow from the parking spaces. People get stuck often, especially because the plow piles the snow up towards their cars. I have a large-ish truck so it hasn't been a problem for me, but it is very poorly maintained.
Information on the unit is not strictly accurate. I am in a five person unit, and the rent is 690 per person in that unit. Attached picture is what I have attached to the work orders attempting to get them to perform maintenance.
