It's not bad if you're like me and you really can't manage to buy and bring furniture. Yes it's relatively expensive but it's worth it. The buildings themselves are okay. The walls are quite thin but it really doesn't bother unless your neighbor decides to play heavy bass music at 1am. If so the security people will make them turn it down which is good. The furniture in the apartment is nothing fancy but perfect for a college rental. The appliances are not the worst but far from average. It is nice to have your own room and on site laundry as well as a semi private bathroom. Overall it's a good place to live, but like anything else you need to take the good with the bad.
