All the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. 1. Especially, the managers michelle, susan are extremely rude. 2. A fire alarm rang, they had me to pay $200. 3. When you lose your key, it costs $75 to get a new key. 4. There are $250 fee when you sublet your apartment. 5. They violate the leasing agreement. When I signed it, they had to give me a gift card. But they did not until the designated day. 6. Complaining on the leasing office? It does not work. I did it when "5." happened. The staff here did nothing for me. Everyone there yelled at me and ignored me at all cost, making an excuse. They even did not say "I am sorry" or "I apologize for that". They just repeated "YOU SIGNED IT!!!!!", "YOU SIGNED IT!!!!!", "YOU SIGNED IT!!!!!". , "YOU SIGNED IT!!!!!". , "YOU SIGNED IT!!!!!". , "YOU SIGNED IT!!!!!". , "YOU SIGNED IT!!!!!". , "YOU SIGNED IT!!!!!". 7. Park Point does not keep the leasing agreement. For example, there is no TV in my apartment, which is stated in the leasing agreement. 8. They refuse(d) to give me new items even if these are broken. 9. They force you to do something which is none of your business. There is a computer lab. One day, I and other residents' could not open the door of the a computer lab with their own key. The keys worked properly. They refused to open the door for me. Susan came to me and forced me to OPEN THE DOOR FOR EVERY RESIDENT (I refused). 10. The overages are too prohibitive. There was around $200 overages of the air conditioner and the heater. The bill is split among residents. Even if you were not in your apartment, you have to pay the overages. That is why you must not live here. 11. They sent the overages bill too late. Considering other reviews, they intentionally do it. 12. One of my roommates was about the to pay the overages. However, she did not. In this situation, they literally do nothing. They just repeat something like "you have to talk with your roommates" or "we do nothing in this situation". 13. Again, Park Point literally, does nothing for you even if you pay the installments. Instead of helping residents, they admonish resident with extremely rude words and attitude. It is no use emailing or visiting the leasing office. They just try to thrust you away, avoiding their responsibility. 14. They do not answer "Live chat" which is in the homepage. 15. Corporate Customer Service absolutely does nothing for you. How do I know that? it is because nothing has been improved so far. I sent so many emails and call to park point. No one even apologize to me so far. Don't believe anyone related to Park Point. I already had one girl who wants to live in park point to not to live here with my reference. I already helped more than 100 people with my previous bad review. I already submitted a bad review in the "satisfaction survey" one or two months ago. There was no feedback at all. They are rude to all the residents. It is not a special case. It is clear if you read other reviews here and in yelp. 16. don't be fooled by the pictures in the homepage. The appliance is too cheap and too beat-up. The swimming pool and the gym is not being operated. 17. don't be fooled by the leasing agreement. According to it, there must be a TV in my apartment. However, it does not. This is only one example among so many lost items. 18. don't be fooled by the leasing agreement again. There is a 'resident guide' and 'move out guide'. However, they do not let you know the two guides when you sign the leasing agreement. After you sign it, they charge you the exorbitant charges saying "it is stated on your leasing agreement". it is fraud. The company must fire michelle, susan first. Then they must find a way to improve their service. You see? Do not stay here. Do not trust what they say. Staying here is a waste of your time, money, and energy. I DO NOT WANNA GIVE EVEN ONE STAR TO THEM. The best thing you can do is not signing a leasing agreement here.
