I lived there when RHA (Rochester Housing Authority) owned this complex and I must tell you when they sold to Eagle Point Management everything went down hill. The office staff is a complete JOKE and LIE about everything. The maintenance staff are generally nice people but it takes forever and a day for them to come and fix a problem. It amazed me that they had the maintenance guys to deliver the Late Rent notice but couldn't have them to the apartment on time to investigate and fix problems. I had told the joke of an office staff that it is unfair to charge a late fee for late rent when you guys don't come in a timely manner to fix problems. They told me that they are short staffed and I said that is not my problem the amount of money they are getting out of tenants they shouldn't be short staffed. The tire slashing epidemic that happened for about 2 years in a row they did nothing about it. As stated before as much as tenants pay, there should have been security on the grounds after 5:00 PM to ensure the safety of tenant's cars and well-being. The first year or so it was nice to see that the Senior Citizen residents were able to walk around the complex during the evening and night time, not now because of the people they allow to move in and their disrespectful children and if you try to talk to the parents they are just as ignorant and dumb as the child(ren). I had medications delivered to me and UPS left them outside my door and they were stolen. In short, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I hated my time there and couldn't be happier to be GONE forever.
