Resident 2013

8/22/2013

This complex is the most -------est suburban complex in Rochester and I would never recommend anyone not even an animal to reside in this complex. First of all they need to fire and replace the current officer manager Heather and her wannabe kiss --- crew who allows any and everyone with all types of background to live at this complex. Background screening of potentials tenants is a big fat lie, it is more like show me the money and you get the apartment. She is very unprofessional, conniving, dishonest and scrupulous individuals. I rented from this complex because of circumstances and I was very disappointed in everything from the management to maintenance services that was never provided. Their main concern is getting their rent and nothing more and I advise anyone considering to live here please save all your receipts. The maintenance crew stole from my apartment and enter whenever they wanted to without any prior notice. Secondly, the noisy neighbors that I was subjected to live with was very annoying, disruptive, and downright hard to deal with. They interfered with my sleep because they fought constantly, drank and barbecue in front of my windows until late hours in the morning especially in the summer time, and had their children on a daily basis jumping from beds to bed above my bedroom for hours without any supervision whatsoever. They interrupted my late night studying and daily life. They played their music extremely loud until wee hours of the morning, smoking in their apartment and hallways which came right into my apartment and leaving the doors unlocked everyday which they eventually ended breaking the locks so anyone could enter at any time. I can handle infrequent loud noise, but this has became too much to handle. It interfered with my sleeping habits, and contributed to migraine headaches. The laundry facility door locks were always broken and management had to remove the coin machine to a closed-off area. It was always broken into many times and even removed out of the walls by tenants so they removed it all together to a different location. Management does not address any complaints or concerns and when you do do complaint if your not careful especially if Heather is friend of the tenants your are complaining about she goes and tell them back. Their main office that is located out of state is just as worst because they refer you right back to office. moving out of this complex was one of the best decisions I made. I guess in all reality I got what I paid for.
