The Renaissance was the premier rental building in Rochester---20 years ago. Unfortunately, the building is badly outdated and in need of major repair and renovation. The absentee landlords only do the minimum to maintain the property. They do provide attractive services forSee More >

Resident 2003 - 2008

Sorry to say that the building is rapidly falling apart. I'm not sure what management is doing with the rent money. They certainly are not putting any of it back into the building. The pool area is filthy. The roof leaks.See More >

The Management staff are condescending and rude. They are less than truthful about the availability of apartments with better locations. Many of the apartments need updating-poor ventilation in bathrooms and kitchens, poorly insulated. The doormen and recent resturant are the best features.See More >

Resident 2003 - 2008

Apartments over 490 are loud. The rest of the building is quiet. It's difficult to move within the building. I've been trying to move into a different apartment for several years. I feel like I'm getting the run around. OtherwiseSee More >
