Fortunately there were not that many problems with our Townhouse, but when there were, they responded within a couple days. The Townhouse was renovated while we were living there and it took a couple months for the Kitchen and Basement to be completed. The contractorSee More >

I have been at Westbrooke a long time. I lived in my own home prior to renting an apartment and it is a nice change. I no longer have to cut the grass or maintain my own appliances, furnace or water heater. It is niceSee More >

The office staff is mildly pleasant at times, but the Manager positions seem to have a revolving door attached to them. There have been somewhere around 8 different Property Managers since I moved in and a couple in there so short of a time, ISee More >

First I´d like say that the reports by other posters about the maintainance staff are right on. They take somewhere between two to six months to fix a problem. If you want to live in a place where you have working dishwasher, garbageSee More >

Rented a "newly" renovated apartment. Too many problems to list here. Staff is not helpful and don´t expect ANYTHING to get fixed. Very loud! Do not even contemplate living here.See More >

Took 4 months to have the clawed doors replaced which was promised when moved in. Heating bill is not around $70 as told, instead runs on average $200 in Townhouse. Powder room is too cold to use. Basements leak water.
