The community is close to everything and convenient to the Northway. The building is quiet and clean. The apartment itself was very clean and in great condition. We love the view from the fourth floor. See More

Great staff, clean building and good location to downtown Saratoga. We had to move very quickly on the open apartment and everything went very smooth. The building has a decent gym and nice rooftop to hangout. See More

Both the previous and current management companies have handled any issues promptly and courteously. The buildings and grounds are very well taken care of by the management and outside providers, both in warmer months and during snowy times. Ideas that we have suggested have been discussed… See More
