where to begin. back in January before the new owners took over i would recommend this place in a heartbeat. I even recommended this place to several friends, many have moved in. utilities are included in the rent, there is radiant heat and decent space. Since the new ownership things have taken a huge turn for the worse. It it clear that they have no genuine concern for the safety or well-being of their tenants and are all about outward appearances. They immediadely began several projects (painting paving landscaping) and have yet to finish anything.
The front door has been without a lock for about 2 months, allowing anyone to enter the building. I recently went down to the gym (which only has about 2 functioning machines) early in am around 6 and there was a suspicious man who saw me and abruptly left.
WHen the new owners took over they fired all but one of the maintenance guys and shortly after the last one quit. Prior to the new owners i could expect my problem to be fixed within 15 min to 48 hours max if it was a weekend and the part needed to be special ordered and the store was closed. Now i waited a month for a small problem to be fixed and the only reason it was fixed was because their negligence turned it into a larger problem. and i still have a hole in my wall. though i dont blame the new maintenance guys, they seemed just as frustrated with whatever the new SOP is for maintenance requests is. it seems to be a management issue.
The new woman who is here on occasion is rude and unapproachable. As of right now the only reason i stay is because the office manager Kelly is so helpful and kind.
