I read the reviews, and while some things mentioned on here are true, i haven't had a horrbile moment yet. I currently reside here for the last 2 1/2 years. Parking sucks, but once you get a spot you dont have to move your car - no alternative side parking. The area is mixed, and working class. The building is old, but they have maintained it well enough. The walls are thin, so when people are yelling you can here them, but me moving from the housing projects - its barely noticeable. The grounds to me seem well kept, I haven't had an issue with security as of yet, but i do see the overnight guards asleep from time to time. I have called in for repairs and im on the fence with that, some issues were fixed within 24 to 48 hrs and another issue wasn't resolved for 5 months. I havent had a run in with the Management lady as of yet, but i have witness her be a bit rude to people, her assistant is a sweetheart tho. I rarely see people hanging out, but i do sometimes smell weed coming through the vents, so there are people smoking in their apartments... As for the attempted killings of people or themselves, that is news to me. They must keep that under wraps, but i guess ever closet has skeletons. Overall, if you work in the city and you want a short commute - its great. Its not the Four Seasons, but its also not the Projects.
