I have never lived in a worse apartment complex. The common problem with this complex is the management. They are terrible Jackie (office) has an attitude at all times. Chris(manager) is about as useless as a diet cruton. He has no idea of what making tenants happy means. This complex rents to Behavioral Health clients and generally those who are not neighbors others would choose to have. The noise level is unbelievably disturbing. I live in an apartment that is near one that is rented by a Behavioral Health agency. The complaints about my noise disturbances have not been dealt with at all. If you are looking to rent from this place, be sure to ask about your neighbors and if they themselves rent the apartment or they are part of an agency. I asked not to be moved into an apartment that was going to cause a problem as far as my right to quiet enjoyment. They moved me into an apartment that clearly violates that. Parking is terrible. There are no lines in the parking lot, so often people will take up more space than needed for their ONE car. The grounds are not well kept. You find the less unfortunate rummaging through dumpsters and trash strewn everywhere. The construction of the apartments themselves are not that great. In fact they are not in any fashion up to date. Insulation is terrible. The windows are at least 15 years old and are very drafty and poorly constructed. Staff is just plain ignorant. Maintenance is very disturbing as they are not in a timely fashion.
