This apartment was my first place living on my own. The living room area is a great size; bathroom and bedroom are a bit small. It's in a great, safe section of Tonawanda with grocery stores, etc around. Several maintence problems occuredSee More >

This complex is a nice place to take your pet. If you are decent, the workers are to you. Not bad for the money. I have made a lot of friends here!See More >

We've lived here for 8 years and love, love the new landlords! They're finally fixing up the place and renovating all the apartments. The changes to the outside and inside are bringing better tenants in. The new property manager actually answers phone calls!See More >

The new owners have allowed this place to become a blight on the entire neighborhood. They used to be nice apartments with good people in a well cared for neighborhood, new owners came in and everything changed. As neighbors we have had to call 911See More >

Renting from this place is an absolute joke! The property manager is a nasty, worthless person to deal with and nothing gets repaired, problems never get resolved and rents to drug dealers, users and prostitutes. Many neighbors are very disrespectful as far as laundry hours,See More >
