Wow! You make us blush! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review on your "Windsong Experience". It makes us smile when we see someone really enjoy the home we have created for them. You are exactly correct when you talk about our location. It's such a quiet community but if you take 1 trip around the block, you find the best restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and even micro breweries Williamsville has to offer. The Windsong pets are just as much a part of our family as they are to our residents! We know all their names and favorite treats too! We are honored to have you as part of our community and always appreciate feedback on how we impact our residents.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give us a shout out at Windsong Place Apartments! We have so much fun with our residents and love interacting with them. Coming home should always be the best part of anyone's day which makes us work even harder to create a community all our residents can be proud of. You are so right about our location! We are tucked away in a robust section of Williamsville all the while maintaining a park like atmosphere with tons of foliage, trees and quiet moments. Thank you for being a such a great resident!
We really appreciate when our residents take a moment to let us know how we are doing. It's so important to know we are creating homes that people are proud to live in. Striving everyday to improve our community is what we are about! In the last 5 years we have installed all new roofing, new windows throughout the entire property, granite countertops, and even earned an energy star rating by installing all new LED light fixtures and low flow toilets/showerheads for our residents. The Maintenance team is top notch as well with years of experience between them. Thank you for calling Windsong Place Apartments home!

We try our very best to create that community feeling where everyone you meet feels like friends or family, even during this pandemic we're all facing. You are so right when talking about location. We're just minutes from all the best shopping, restaurants, nightlife as well as the airport, or a jump onto the thruway to anywhere your heart desires. Even if you just want to hang out at home, there are multiple opportunities to fill your day or just relax. We appreciate all our residents and enjoy being a part of their lives!

Many of the updates you mentioned are a part of our green initiative, which ultimately help lessen our carbon footprint while helping residents save money on utility costs as well. Thank you for your feedback, while we rarely receive negative feedback from our residents, we still welcome it as a compass to examine how we can do better for all residents. I apologize that you felt I did not respond to your inquiries concerning the damage charges for your apartment. My efforts included a personal meeting, taking and returning phone calls as well as answering multiple email questions. Our residents are very important to us and we try our very best to address all concerns in a way that is constructive to everyone involved. I'm dedicated to finding a fair resolution.
Ms. Littlewood, our apologies that you found it difficult to execute one of our break lease policies. Our goal is to create easy exit strategies for residents for those times when "Life Just Happens". It was never our intention to make you feel like we were withholding information from you. We cannot confirm something that has not been finalized. We also could not give out information about your apartment to someone who is not on the lease. I'm sure you would appreciate this policy regardless of who is inquiring. Even though you did not get to experience an extended stay with us, we do appreciate you choosing us for your home if even for a short time.

Thank you for having been a resident of Windsong Place Apartments! We adore our furry residents and always make sure we have treats on hand for when they stop in the office to visit. One of our favorite events is "Yappy Hour" where we hang out by the dog park and socialize with sponsored "treats" for all our residents. It's also so true that our location is prime for wanting to be close to all the best restaurants, shopping, airport and Buffalo events. Our upgrades are ongoing as we are continually finding ways to improve our property so we can remain the best in WNY. We're so happy you enjoyed your time with us and would look forward to welcoming you back!
Wow! Does our maintenance team shine or what! To live in a community of 308 apartments in one of the most sought-after properties in Williamsville goes to show how experienced and caring our staff is when it comes to taking care of our residents. Our live, electronic work order system sends immediate information to the team so they can prioritize and act fast. Thank you for your review and for singling out some of our talented team members. Windsong understands even light construction can be stressful and have made a conscious effort to minimize the inconvenience for our residents while installing close to 2000 new energy efficient windows and roughly 1500 beautiful granite countertops. I apologize that the process did not meet your expectations and welcome the opportunity to talk with you directly to discuss your experience and how we could have better assisted you. Providing these upgrades to our residents have helped us keep our status of being one of the most sought-after properties in Williamsville due to our location, upgrades, and caring staff members. You are correct, we have had a ton of luxurious upgrades in the past 2 years including; new windows in every unit, new roofs on every building, repaved parking lots and now we are slowly but surely installing granite countertops in all units. Our maintenance team is quick to keep everything in tip-top order and Joe O is one of the best. Enjoy that YMCA right next door and we hope you will be a resident for years to come!

Hi Sally! You're making us blush! It's true, we at Windsong love what we do. Our residents are the best reason to come to work every day. The interactions with them whether it be for a work order or during one of our events is always rewarding. First and foremost, my apologies that you have had not had the wonderful resident experience that we are known for. I'm equally distraught that your internet is not working to your satisfaction. We take great pride in offering our residents a technology package that makes us stand above the rest in community offerings. We encourage you to call our cable provider and schedule a technician to come out and look at your set up. Please keep me informed of the outcome so I can intervene on your behalf if necessary. When questioned, I learned our maintenance tech fixed your garbage disposal to completion and then left you with a garbage disposal wrench as a nice gesture in case you ever needed it in the future, We have upgraded over 700 windows and installed almost 30 roofs throughout the community in the past year alone. I welcome any information concerning a problem with any of these installs. I noted your reported car violation and felt the correct people to notify and inform were our local police. I let them know that a resident of ours reported an issue and even though it is rare that we need them, I requested they make their presence better known to give everyone a sense of safety. Please keep me informed of any information you would like to share with me when it comes to improving our community.
