We're sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing during this unexpected water outage. Our goal is to ensure that all of our residents are communicated with promptly and apologize that this was not the case. I am truly saddened that your experience was not as great as we would have liked. We understand that the parking lots could use some attention and are happy to say work has started for some of the spots this week! Unfortunately, we did not own this community 2 years ago when the issue with the wasps took place, but do currently have an exterminator who comes on a weekly basis to take care of situations like this. We are taking an active approach with animal messes on and off of the balconies. We have cameras around the property and are taking reports about balcony messes seriously. Our lawn care services are being evaluated for possible improvements. While I cannot answer for the move out charges, garage, or the market rent charge due to it being unclear what previous resident this is concerning, I do welcome you to reach out to me to discuss this further at [email protected] Thank you again for your feedback!

You can submit a work order online and we will get this taken care of. You can also submit a work order request for the dog park when you see issues, so we can keep this clean for all of our furry friends!
