Hello, Toni, and thank you for sharing your feedback with Deville Apartments. We sincerely apologize for the concerns and inconvenience your daughter has experienced while being a resident with us. We do want to assure you we are working diligently to improve our community and are undergoing renovations, and we appreciate the patience our residents have shown during this time of growth and change. The building your daughter is residing in did experience roof leaks, and those residents affected were temporarily relocated to different apartment homes. Your daughter's apartment was not affected by the leaks, which is why she was not moved. We did advise your daughter that the laundry room in the building she resides in did experience water damage, and we advised her to utilize the neighboring facility, which is one door over from her. We are happy to report the washer/dryer area is open for use and any minor repairs to the facility are scheduled to be completed within the week. As you are not a lease holder on the apartment home, we cannot discuss your daughter's private rental rate, lease terms, or any compensation provided, but we can share that our community renovations and the upcoming rental rates after renovation will be extremely competitive for the area. We hope sharing this information helps alleviate the concerns you've shared with us. We do welcome your daughter to visit us in the office to discuss any concerns she has, as our goal is to improve her experience and ensure her satisfaction.
