There is a definite trash issue. Many do not seem to have pride in the community as shown by throwing trash all around. The mail room always has trash everywhere. The laundry machines are always nasty inside. See More

Thanks for the review. I am in the process of hiring a part time person just to help pick up trash. We also added another trash pick up day for our trash vendor.
