I am a current resident and I am actively seeking to leave ASAP. The new property management company, Beztak is HORRIBLE. On top of the inflation of the pricing for new renters, they have decided to add a water and sewer charge. The new staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So unprofessional, that I am lodging a complaint to Beztak's corporate office. They just opened our pool 2 weeks ago, and it might as well be a community pool seeing as any and everyone can walk in-which they do. Our previous property management company made sure to have someone there every single day to make sure that our pool was being used by the tenants only. The property looks terrible. I just want to know where is all of the money going? These units haven't been updated since they were built. EVERYTHING IS OLD AND DATED.I expressed this issue with our previous property management company. With Beztak taking over, I'm almost positive they won't do any updating to the units. This used to be a nice property and area to live in. Not anymore. Avoid moving here.
