Resident 2015 - 2016

Don't let outward appearance or old reviews turn you away from this place. The rent is quite reasonable for my 2 bed/2 bath unit compared to other places in the Bellbrook/Centerville area, and the two lovely ladies that work in the rental office are the best I have ever dealt with. When you ask for maintenance, they are on it right away and usually the maintenance crew is there within an hour, often much much faster. The maintenance guys also do good work - no duct tape type repairs, and they're very polite. Yearly rent increases have been minimal, but they have increased. Neighbors are generally quiet and keep to themselves, and I haven't had any dealings with rude people. The grounds are kinda plain-jane and the only amenities of any value to me are a pool. If you have kids there is a playground, and lots of other kids in the community. They do maintain the grounds well though through all seasons. What I like most about this place is it's proximity for everything I use. Close to 675, the dog park, the gym, etc. Kroger is literally right around the corner. All the shopping and restaurants in Centerville are close, the Greene is about the same distance away, and you can hop right onto 675 to get anywhere else. They're totally cool with my 112 lb dog too. Overall opinion: not the prettiest, most luxurious place out there, but it's very affordable and the staff are top notch. For someone who keeps busy and isn't at home much, it's great.
