It's difficult to find a one or two bedroom apartment in Bowling Green that is furnished, but thankfully Village Green can offer that to you. However, I would consider looking elsewhere to live. They have not been renovated in years, especially the bathrooms and kitchens. They are so gross. The real surprise is when you move out after you've cleaned your apartment as well as you can, and you get your notice in the mail of how they nickel an dime you for not moving the stove and fridge out and cleaning behind it. Security deposits are for damage, not cleaning fees. However, they will keep 90% of your security deposit and say you never cleaned it, which is against Bowling Green ordinances. When you try to call and speak with the landlady and owner of the building, you are treated rudely, sarcastically, and if you have a problem then you can take it to court.
There is NO ENFORCEMENT of the noise. The hallways are so disgusting and no one cleans it. Only half the tenants clean up their dog poop outside.
Honestly, don't rent anything owned by the Newloves. But if you don't mind living somewhere dirty, old, and losing your security deposit, this is the place for you.
