You get what you pay for. Apartments are basic, kitchen cupboards and countertops need updated but you'll only get that if you're willing to pay double. Laundry facilities are not taken care of. People do not clean up after their pets on the grounds, and the common hallways smell like dirty animals. I feel the staff only cares about the money they will get from you. They don't tell you when you sign a lease that you have to pay $50 to use the fitness center, and that you need a pool pass...instead you will get scolded by the elders that patrol the office and grounds for not knowing about these requirements. It's 2016 and you can't even pay your rent online, have to physically drop it off before the office closes at 8:00PM, so unfortunate if you work odd hours. Overall I would say I can't wait until my lease is up, this place is not worth the hassle.
