Thank you for your review of Normandy Club. We are sorry that we have not met your expectations, especially after 5 years of residing in the community. It is not uncommon for people to hear other residents in a multi-family building due to having someone living above, beside, or beneath you. We do ask that you contact us so we can address your noise concerns. Normandy Club is proud of the updates that were done. All of the kitchens were replaced with brand new cabinetry, appliances, and granite countertops, to name just a few of the things done. Many of the apartments were done while they were occupied, and our residents were amazing in preparing their apartments for the upgrades. We have received so many positive comments from them. If there are items you aren't satisfied with within your home, please let us know. Managing and working at an apartment community is challenging but rewarding as well. Many different situations present themselves, so the staff meets every morning to communicate with one another. Depending upon the situation, it may sometimes dictate who the person is who will be taking care of it. We do comply with the Fair Housing and The Americans with Disabilities Act. All of the residents and the staff must meet the established criteria to live or work in the community.
