Ok...i have lived at this God aweful place for almost five years, finally we are able to get out (by able i mean able to afford another place b/c the Colony is overpriced and of horrible quality)...Problems after problems, electricity gets shut off, nothing done, water shut off, nothing done, this place is literally falling apart...ive had my car broken into, my roomate finds mexican beer cans in his vehicle, and the noise is unbearable...we had a problem with an outside fixture that was brought to there (the office) attention the beginning of last year, and NOW they come and fix it...The office told us they were behind...no excuse...the rent goes up 10.00 every year, and for what?...we get NOTHING, people leaning on your cars, spitting where you walk, and you get scoffed at...the rent is late on the 2nd with a 75.00<br> late fee, and 10.00 for every day after that...no grace period...where we are going it is much nicer there late period is 25.00 after the 5th...ive gone and lost my way on this whole review thing, but i strongly urge you not to come here...EVER in a million years...you will regret it, and were not the only ones neighbors and other tenants we've talked to are absolutley speechless with how much this place SUCKS!!
