During my 15-month lease there several issues.. the air conditioner broke on three separate occasions. This took the maintenance team four days to fix. My car was broken into two times while parked in the private Gantry Lot (which has no security cameras). The property manager resided in the unit above ours which I thought would make our stay include little to no disruptions; I was very wrong. I was kept up all hours of the night due to the insane amount of noise coming from the above unit. These tenants would allow garbage to fall below their balcony onto ours in addition to the constant smell of marijuana.. making our balcony space unbearable to relax on. One specific event that I must mention was the vomit that came from a tenant from the unit above that landed on our balcony below. This destroyed our outdoor rug. The tenants only came to clean up their mess after being confronted by myself. The property manager is rude and not helpful whatsoever. To finish off this review.. we received our deposit with attached bill reporting that we were charged $50 for turning in our keys a day early. Gantry Apartments are not worth the money.
