The community is safe, the apartments are spacious and clean, and the amenities are a nice perk to the community. The office staff can sometimes be challenging to get a hold of due to office hour times, but are generally responsive by email.

I chose this apartment community due to the proximity to my job in downtown Cincinnati and church in Walnut Hills. This is the second apartment that I have lived in since I have been here and I am satisfied with the community

The community is excellent. Very assable to downtown, on the bus line. The apartment is lovely has washer dryer in unit, offstreet Parkin in garage, elevator and community room availability. Excellent maintenance staff.

Great place to live! Office staff and maintenance staff are responsive. Great location with easy access to downtown, NKY, and Hyde Park/Oakley. Great walkability. Overall very happy in this community.

Very nice apartment. Spacious for 1 bedroom and great amenities with pool and gym. Easy and free parking. Location is good too. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Wish it was more secure and safe.

Great staff and location. Love living here. Staff responds to questions and concerns in timely manner. Several bars and shops within walking distance. Quiet neighbors. Maybe a little overpriced, but its a nice space.

My experience was enjoyable, problem free, quiet, and safe. Staff is always friendly, conscientious, and responsive to our needs. I attended a couple of the organized mixer events and met a few fellow tenants. Excellent experience.

Great building with a fun community. Staff does a great job at throwing social events. No issues to report. The neighborhood is great and is close to multiple restaurants and bars. The building is also only a 10 dollar lyft from downtown.

Really nice neighborhood, safe, clean and with option of public transport and parking garage. Good environment (shopping, restaurants, groceries, neighbors, etc) and very well communicated. Very convenient if you work at University or at hospital.

Community is great. There is a great newsletter that goes around that shows you all the great things and really builds that sense of community. This is the only apartment that I've seen do that and I love it.

Quite neighbors, excellent amenities and prompt maintenance staff. Really satisfied with my stay here. The only annoyance was the fire station near by which leads to siren going off often in the night.

I do not have a comment at this time. I moved from the flats to the plaza and am not as satisfied as I was before. The lack of consistency of office staff has become an issue. The maintence staff is fantastic.
