The apartments at Seven on Seven in Cincinnati are beautiful. However, the service staff need more training on how to support clients and manage move ins. For example, we scheduled our move in February 2015 for a date in May of 2015. We had movers scheduled for that date, and the building staff promised an elevator operator for uninterrupted access to the freight elevator for four hours. After a one thousand mile journey, we arrive to find...NO ONE. We couldn't get in the building. Had to call the staff, who gave us the run around and said they didn't know where the elevator operator was, but that we should just figure it out. Mind you, the rent for the apartment is over $3,000. At this price point, we expected a comparable level of service. I recommend looking elsewhere until staff issues are ironed out.
