Some loud neighbors. Leasing staff somewhat incompetent. Some public areas need addressed. Very good maintenance team. Leasing staff undersells how loud the train is. Events are nicely put on. Pool furniture is good.

It's a great location. Maintenance does an excellent job. Becoming too expensive. Need to address the issue with the trash dumpster. Looks terrible. Need to hold tenants accountable to keeping the halls clean.

Rental pricing for a two bedroom two bathroom unit was very fair. Maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly. The free parking lot all over the community is a huge plus. Having in-unit laundry is a great addition to each floor plan.

Overall a great complex with spacious units. There are some downsides to our building such as no elevator and not ideal door locations. The complex could use improvements to its mail and package delivery situation.

Cons: The cost of the apartments does not reflect the quality of the units (particularly phase 1) and the amenities. I realize the state of the market but they are still overpriced. Pros: great location. Good maintenance team. Plenty of parking.

I really enjoy living here. Any time I've submitted a maintenance request, it's been fulfilled the same or next day. The common areas are clean, and it has great amenities like the pool and gyms. I also feel safe living here.

Although the apartment is expensive I have loved living here. The apartment is the perfect size and the amenities are great. I love how close the apartment is to everything. I have recommended this place to many friends. Love the setup of the studio.

Pros: nice apartments, friendly staff, competitively priced Cons: thin walls (easy to hear neighbors next door and upstairs), noisy train outside, trash rules not enforced (trash always in hallways and piles by dumpster), receiving packages is a nightmare

Very expensive, not very nice
I cannot recommend living at The Boulevard at Oakley Station. I will start with the cons of this apartment complex: Packages frequently lost or stolen - to find any package shipped to you, you generally have to look in the following areas: package room, bothā¦Ā See More >Resident 1083932

We are very happy at the community. Management has always been helpful and kind. Repairs are made promptly. Only complaint is the lack of curb appeal and the City owned dog park. We hope to move to a larger apartment.
