I lived in this complex for one year. Terrible customer service by Goldberg Companies. The turnover of employees in the leasing office is ridiculous; every month there is a new staff and the old staff was fired. I had issues with their garage parking service. I waited 3 months to get a spot and never got one, then they put me in the garage not attached to my building but the garage intended for residents of a different building. The employee I set up the parking spot with never informed me that they dont accept cash and I paid him in cash. Rather than informing me, he took the money and never recorded that I paid. At the end of my lease they tried to charge me for 9 months of parking. I brought this issue up with the company and they said that that employee had be fired for other reasons and that they would look into it and get back to me. After 4 months of trying to get my security deposit back I gave up and never received my deposit, which they said they were keeping to pay for 9 months of parking, which never occurred. We had constant leaking from the bathroom in the apartment above ours and service was always slow. There was also no maintenance elevator, so the stairs had to be used to move in furniture. Overall, I would suggest to look elsewhere.
