New maintenance manager and not resident friendly. Used to get a 24 hour notice from maintenance if water may be cut of due to water department work. The notice would be easily typed up and printed and delivered to each door by maintenance staff, but not this time. The only notice I got is when going to turn on the water and there was none. Resdients should always be informed of this as they may need water for medical reasons. This is not my only complaint I have as I am trying to give her a chance. Further, she knows the routine as she has worked here for a few years as maintenance worker.
